I don't use PowerPoint or Keynote for presentations. I use Photoshop's scripts and automation tools to export slides to a PDF presentation.

I Had been looking for a presenter a long time ago but none seem to do what i needed until i came across this remote. I teach major computer programs so i wanted to control everything on the pc: volume, mouse, left click, right click, powerpoint, everything!

This presenter is the real deal. Plug it in and away you go! I teach overseas and the students are amazed I can walk around (more closely monitor them) the computer lab and control my presentations and my computer from anywhere. I was using my blue tooth S/E W810i cell phone (with built-in presenter) to control my presentations and computer before but this required installing a blue tooth dongle and driver each time.

I just got my Remote Pro, plugged it in and it's working fine. Not sure about the distance it covers, have to try that out in school when I visit next, but it works fine in my kitchen.

I'm very happy with this product! After examining many Presenters, I chose the Keyspan Remote Pro because: Just the right size; USB receiver stores in the Presenter so it doesn't get lost in my laptop bag; Easy and quick AAA battery replacement (can be done fast & easy during a presentation); Has all of the control features I need including mouse control, screen blackout, volume control; a power on-off switch that prevents battery rundown that can occur during storage if a button is inadvertantly pushed; operating distance is l-o-n-g; on screen scroll control; logical control placement; and of course a pointing laser.

I had avoided similar products because I needed a range of 60-70' and that is at the outer range limits for most of the remotes I looked at. The Keyspan was a breeze to connect and works great.
