First, we all know Amazon= Great Service And second the mouse is overall well built. It was very responsive, connected to my Mac almost instantly, was small enough to travel, shaped to fit in your hand very comfortably, and looks good. from Amazon.com The package was very easy to open, it has two indicators to cut the hard plastic box, I always have problem opening these kind of boxes. It works with PS3, in case you got the registration error, Go to the PS3 setting and choose the add a bluetooth device and then turn on the mouse.
