This keyboard is pathetic. Feels cheap, awkward angle, clunky. The 'curve' is not much of a curve and offers little "split" from a standard keyboard. from Amazon.com Over the last 2 years I've purchased 3 of these for myself, and recommended it to my mom who has purchased 2. I'm a computer programmer, so I'm typing a lot. I find these keyboards very comfortable. I really like the flatter keys with less travel. from Amazon.com The key travel, a note of contention in some reviews posted here, is just fine IMO..and the keys aren't 'randomly clacky' as acouple reviewers had noted. I found the board to function just fine, and w/o any issues worth repeating. Four stars due to the aforementioned flimsy feel of the keyboard, but I have a fair amount of faith in Microsoft products, the board it replaced was a Microsoft product, and it worked flawlessly for 7 or so years before being replaced, still functioning, due only to the fact that it lacked multimedia keys, and after multiple spills the keys where begining to stick annoyingly. The things that sold me on this keyboard, in order of importance are: the price, the multimedia keys (not too many useless ones, just hte ones you really need), and the spill ports on the bottom of the board ( wouldn't want to test the spill resistant nature of the design, however it seems like it should work). from Amazon.com The Microsoft Comfort Curve Keyboard 2000 was a great purchase. The keys have a very satisfying click but there is little resistance and you never feel like it is fighting you. The keys are perfectly laid out in a standard format, but some keys are abnormally sized to accommodate the curve.
