Best Juicers for Tomatoes

i do have one more secret, to juice leafy things like spinach, ball it up first & if you're using it with something like tomatoes cut the core out of the tomatoe & stuff a ball of spinach inside.

it powers through anything i put in it and can take whole tomatoes and large carrots etc.

the huge food input chute is the key thing--it means i don't have to chop apples, carrots, tomatoes, etc, and can just drop them in whole.

the motor on high has no problems - i'll only use the motor on low for soft/wet stuff like a tomatoe to aid the extraction process (a lot of wet pulp still ends up hitting the bucket on soft stuff).

however, after using the juicer on several bushels of tomatoes (i am an avid canning person) the juicer yielded more quarts per bushel than the average collander and pistle grind.

pulp is usually a little wet still, especially tomatoes.

i juice every morning and alternate between fruit (apples, pears, pineapple, oranges and limes) and vegetables (plum tomatoes, celery, carrots, jalapeno, cilantro).

cons: not as good with tomatoes as i hoped.

of juice in under 10 seconds from items such as carrots, apples, oranges, pineapples, tomatoes, grapefruits, etc.

so far i've juiced an unpeeled lemon, carrots, tomatoes, spinach, watercress, beets, ginger root, apple, orange, and cranberries.

however, the pulp from softer fruits, like tomatoes, is moister than what i'd like to see, indicating that not all the juice has been extracted from these.

it seems to do its job with carrots, celery, beets, and tomatoes.

i've juiced kale, watercress, spinach, orange, grapefruits, grapes, apples, tomatoes, carrots--you name it.
