i do have one more secret, to juice leafy things like spinach, ball it up first & if you're using it with something like tomatoes cut the core out of the tomatoe & stuff a ball of spinach inside.

the huge food input chute is the key thing--it means i don't have to chop apples, carrots, tomatoes, etc, and can just drop them in whole.

the motor on high has no problems - i'll only use the motor on low for soft/wet stuff like a tomatoe to aid the extraction process (a lot of wet pulp still ends up hitting the bucket on soft stuff).
