This may only have been a fluke, but after receiving a second dud, I sincerely doubt it. They should never even have passed inspection. However, I must add that I have several other Nostalgia Electrics/Helman Group products, and am quite pleased with those. from Amazon.com This product, by contrast, all but eliminates the usual citrus juicing inconveniences. That means it will stay out on the countertop and get regular use, which is more than I can say about the Cuisinart, or even the Jack Lelanne juicer I also own. The LJS-402, the model designation for this product, offers a relatively quiet 25-watt reversible motor (rotates clockwise/counterclockwise).
