After using Breville's JEXL800 I thought that this juicer was going to be just as powerful, with its large chute for whole apples, four or more carrots, etc. I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that this juicer was unable to handle three average size organic carrots at the same time. from Amazon.com This is my third juicer purchase. I cut it short a bit, but you'll get the point! I've had a Jack LaLanne Juicer in the past and it really did a great job juicing, leaving pretty dry pulp almost and it wasn't very loud!
