i find that it can be too powerful for certain fabrics and that seams tend to get "marked" or fabrics shiny - get ready to use a cloth in between your fabric and the iron...

my only complaint would be when you set it up the location of the cord has a tendenancy to cause the iron to fall forward...since i dropped my last iron i am very cautious of this.

the only thing that i could see people having a problem with is it's on the heavier side and that it tends to leak a little after excessive use.

the automatic steam function works pretty well and is easy to use, but i tend to ad a bit more as much because it makes ironing more fun as any useful reason.
