the price is great, and the steam feature, ready beep and smooth glide of this iron on heavy fabric like denim, make it a great value!

i love how the iron beeps when it has reached your desired temperature setting.

i just change that little digital setting to "cotton", wait a sec til it beeps to say it's at the right temp, and iron away.

the d2030's controls are very easy to understand and use and i like that the iron beeps when it reaches the correct temperature.

* initially, the digital readout appeared to be a gimmick, but its value lies in that it beeps when the iron has reached operating temperature, eliminating any guessing on your part.

place the iron on the setting and it beeps to let you know when it is hot enough.

when iron reaches correct temperature, it makes a beep which is good but i wish there was a better way of notifying, such as the light going off which is the norm.

one minor nit is that with the iron plugged in, after use, the auto-shut off does turn the iron off (after beeping a few times to let you know).
