this is a really great product, it saves a lot of time ironing.
this irons your clothes to a nice crisp finish but it didn't end up saving me any time vs ironong wih a iron.
i iron yards and yards of fabric for my quilting and it takes much less time to do this than with a standard, hand held iron.
two major things are saved...time and money....when using this product.
this product definitely cuts down on my time ironing.
i started using the iron immediately, i am very please with the product, it takes less time to finish ironing my sons shirts.
it was delivered in a timely fashion, the instructions were understandable and the product works like a charm.

i have no complaints about this iron- it heats up very quickly and has an automatic shut-off.

the first of your two questions are inevitable "it is it heavy enough" beware - if you want a heavy heavy iron this ain't it - but i got over that quickly - and "how much steam"....all very good,
the iron stays hot long enough and reheats within a couple seconds each time you set it down (no waiting).
you can't beat the cordless & it stays hot the whole time i iron.
it heats up quickly; and when you're finished ironing, you just have to unplug the retractable cord and snap the lid on and put it back in the closet.
i like the fact that for my ruffled skirts that come out of the dryer looking like a massive wrinkle, i can quickly steam iron them without having to perfectly flatten all the seams and straighten it
the first time i used it, i actually went back to my closet looking for more clothes to iron - unheard of!
it saved me plenty of time as she has over 100 dresses and often changes into 2 sets per day.
my only complaint with it is that after you steam with it for a brief time, the steam light turns off and you need to wait for the boiler to build up pressure again.
does take some waiting for the unit to heat up for the steam but i just go about the house doing other things and come back about 15 to 20 minutes later and it is ready to go.
my other is going to my daugher who has been wanting it for a long time now.
the iron heats up fast and will keep a high heat for a few minutes until it requires a quick reheating in the base.
it gets very hot on the highest setting but even if replacing the iron on the cradle every time, by the end of ironing a full garment, it does not keep the high temperature.

this time i had the option of the stainless soleplate and this is an even better iron.
leftover water does sometimes collect in the hose but all you have to do to prevent spitting, is after the iron heats up, hold it in the air and press the steam trigger.

what i have found is one that heats just as quickly, has a stable base that keeps it from toppling off the ironing board, steams clothes, and can be put away in its pretty case even while still hot.

but, you have to run 2-3 tanks of water through the steamer before using it on clothing the first time.
