really a good iron, the steam is very powerful, have not seen like it before.i usually never write a review,but here u go as i like the product.

the iron creates massive amounts of steam, and it presses even the most wrinkled jeans in one pass.
it is a wee bit heavier than my former iron, but: it heats up unbelievably quickly, the glide is so smooth that it almost travels by itself, and the spray function and the steam are fabulous.

first of all, let me talk about the steam.
leftover water does sometimes collect in the hose but all you have to do to prevent spitting, is after the iron heats up, hold it in the air and press the steam trigger.
i was disappointed at first because a lot of water was coming through when i would begin to iron and press the steam button.this happened no matter how long i let the unit pre-heat.

who has used it daily for more than a week or so.i will start off with the negatives, so i can end on a good note!occasionally the cord will not retract all the way when the button is pressed.
if you try to iron while the iron is cool, or off, it does "drag", but who irons with a cold iron??the steam feature works wonderfully.
it has good features, steams pretty well once placed on the recommended settings for steam, and does not stick like the one i returned.

watching the presentation i thought i would love this iron, but it does not get rid of wrinkles, produces very little steam, takes long to heat up, plus it is very heavy.
not enough steam, drags the clothes, iron pops up excessively.
great feature on this iron but the worst for ironing, hardly any steam output, drags the fabric on 65 dollar shirts......would not recommend for heavy duty ironing needs, am returning
