Since most of the time I'm ironing quickly and half asleep in the morning I realized that feature could be a disaster so I kept researching and luckily picked up the right magazines in February. This Oliso iron does everything the D2030 can do but is just as easy to use and can do MUCH more. Seriously, the touch sensitive handle which causes the iron to raise up off my clothes and then lower back down with the touch of my hand is worth the $99 I spent alone and the best ironing idea since the iron was created! from Amazon.com He survived the trauma, but I felt awful about it. And the family cat has managed to break 2 perfectly good irons by jumping up on the ironing board to check out the action. I just don't have to worry so much with this iron since it ALWAYS stays in the flat position. I had to go to walmart and buy myself a thirty dollar iron. My thirty dollar iron does everything the Oliso does not.
