The problem is, for me, that the thing, once filled with water, is heavier than expected. And, of course, you have to hold it dead upright to use, so unless you have a really good hanger to hold the pants or shirt you are trying to steam, you're going to have problems. I've since invested in a hanger from the Container Store that was only $8.00 as opposed to the $20.00 Jiffy one advertised here. It does the job, but I'm still not happy about the weight of the steamer. from Amazon.com It took a little practice, but once you get the "hang" of it, it works.
