I had an early-model Panasonic cordless iron for many years and it was the best iron I ever had. I dropped the iron and cracked the tank slightly and it still lived on for years. from Amazon.com I have the model 71SR. I am assuming it is essentially the same. I just love it. I'm sure I'm going to love it! from Amazon.com Pros: Its wireless its panasonic good quality product Cons: Is not totally wireless, it does need to be kept on the base to recharge, is not like you can charge it and use it to iron until the battery dies out, as you iron you need to rest it on the base otherwise the iron gets cold after 10 minutes give or take. from Newegg.com I've been using my Panasonic cordless iron for about 6 months now and am entirely pleased with the performance.
