It is much more functional for me to use the USB headset than to use the USB VOIP telephone. The phone itself works fine, but holding it up to your ear while sitting in front of your computer just does not work for me.

This phone works flawlessly on my desktop computer. I keep it plugged into a usb hub beside my monitor. I've found that it sounds just like a regular phone, and since its a usb phone you don't have to remember to charge it.

I had experienced IP phones before. I used them for Skype. This one is great and it doesn't cost a lot. I surely recommend it.
