Had to troubleshoot on two different computers by uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting as all seemed to install correctly however the use of the numeric keypad to dial out would lockup and crash Skype finally got it to work on both.

hte phone is very nice, light and has a very good sound, the only thing is that I still have to use my laptop keyboard because the phone is not recongnized for the, I did the instalation but it didnt work that way
