I Purchased the SkyTone USB IP phone because I have the unlimited calling plan through Skype. It plugs right into one of my USB ports and the set up CD was quick and simple to use. from Walmart.com Cons: It won't hang up calls. I have to use the computer to end a calls. I tried a software update, but the Radian site does not appear to exist anymore. Other Thoughts: Internet connections are likely the main problem in reported cases of poor sound quality. from Newegg.com Changed my mind about SKYPE. I love it! from Amazon.com As far as what I can tell about the phone-since last night-the phone seems fine. No one is home right now so I can find out how they are receiving me. from Amazon.com I was over charged for some reason, but they reimbursed the overcharges. They settled my complaints and questions to my satisfaction. When I purchased the phone, I knew nothing at all about SKYPE or if could even get it. The MS message is "driver issues."
