While they had a lot of features and attractive pricing, I found them lacking the audio quality / stability for serious use, especially when using speakerphone function. Of course, the Cisco IP phones (not the lower end "Cisco Linksys" ones) that my employer uses have high quality audio, but they cost $300 and if you are a home user, Cisco provides no software/firmware, which was a deal killer for me. So I tried Polycom, which is a reputed name.
