Well, I have used another USB phone for skype and I thought of how difficult it would be not to have a display on phone so bought this phone with best intections. While the phone does a good job replacing a headset for audio, it doesnot do a good job of being a phone( for dialing). from Buy.com Based on the price point, this USB Phone performed well. The quality of sound is pretty good and the hook up to the PC and signing on to [a website] using the CD in the box was a breeze. from Target.com i wanted something for my laptop that would make it more normal to make calls from and this fits the bill perfectly. small, seemingly well built, nice buttons, looks good, feels good, works great, awesome sound and right price. thanks newegg and radian! from Newegg.com Pros: Small, lightCons: There is a big problem with the outgoing sound quality. It has an intermittent but horrible fuzziness on one of my laptops, but is ok with another. Radian technical service is aware of the issue but was unable to resolve it. The up and down buttons let you pick which person in your contact list to dial, and were able to turn on my monitor from sleep mode so I'd see the contact list.
