Best Input Adapters for Vga

i use my pc via dvi and this tuner via vga and they work like a charm!the tuner is very configurable, with easily navigational menus.

the vga cable that runs from the external tv tuner to my graphics card doesn't work well as intended (allows you to switch from display on the tv tuner back to the computer display).

one issue potential buyers may worry about is the quality out to the monitor through the vga, or the quality of the audio through the unit out to speakers.

resolutions are great, and you can toggle back and forth between pc vga output and dvd player.

i bought this converter to switch between computer vga and a vcr to conveniently display tv and taped video on one of my computer monitors.

a minor bit of contention is that it does not come with an extra pc audio cable (although it comes with an extra vga cable).

slide degradation of the image converting from video to vga, but nothing too bad.

it can convert from just about any source - including s-video, component & even vga.

(for an ibook g4, i think you'll need mini-vga-to-video.)

if i had a second chance, i would get the e vga.

ensure you use the correct vga out connection.

needed something to pipe video to the tv because my new laptop only has hdmi and vga outputs but best my older tv can do is s-video.

i was trying to do vga to composite so i could run a cable through a 3/4 inch conduit pipe to a projector, because vga connectors wouldent fit through the pipe.

pros: works for days with no problems cons: some what fuzzy picture but what should anyone expect vga to tv is a serious step down in resolution
