I've installed this on a Windows XP box, and it works quite well transferring old video tapes onto the hard drive to be burned into DVDs. The DVD editing software that is included is basic, and with no real manual, it takes a little while to get a hang of, but overall, it has done the job I needed it to do at a price I could afford. from Amazon.com I purchased this product based on reviews from Amazon. Did not regret it. This is cheap,good quality converter which is going to transfer all your analog video into digital format very fast .
