Pros: Worked out of the box in a Vista 64 system, easy to configure, large menus in case you are using a low res video monitor - crisp video Cons: At last reboot, it will not show previously all displayed tv stations, even after rescanning. I may need to reinstall, which is annoying Other Thoughts: Asus P6 revolution, 12 G, gigabyte 9800 GT, i7 920, Vista 64 Ultimate from Newegg.com Pros: Two tuners: Connect one to your cable Std Def and the other to an antenna for OTA HD. Comcast in my area only has a few HD channels clear QAM, so it's not worth using the HD for cable. from Newegg.com THIS CARD IS INDEED CLEAR QAM CAPABLE. To make it work, you have to split your cable input line using a splitter and connect you cable lines to both inputs on the card. However, if you do this you will not be able to get OTA HD channels. Cons: None what so ever. from Newegg.com Cons: Regardless of what the specifications say, this card is NOT clear QAM capable. False advertising. I tried it with XP Professional SP3 and VISTA ultimate with the latest TV pack without any luck receiving clear QAM channels from the cable compay.
