i got this as a gift for my wedding and i just love it .its really great for chicken, fish even to grill fruits!!!
i used it to grill steak, fish and hamburgers.
hot dogs, chicken, hamburgers , you name it; all work well on the grill.
it grills toast, bread, meat, with extreme ease.
i find it a total nightmare cooking stuff in an oven and finding the correct cooking times for meats of different shapes, colors and sizes.
excellent product for grilling meats, fish, and vegetables; and the alternate side is great to use as a griddle for food such as pancakes.
the metal plates are solid and heavy enough to retain the temperature to create nice restaurant style grill marks on steaks.
