We use a griddle a lot for eggs, etc and this one is even better than our last Rival one. The removable plate is nice too because you can clean the griddle properly, without worry about getting the cord area wet. from Target.com We have been looking for a griddle since we bought our new home 2 months ago. Everything stuck, it didn't clean in the dishwasher, the finish bubbled up after 1 washing, and the button to remove the griddle plate broke after the first use.
