I also have a really cheap panini press from Breadman and that thing reallys scorches! I swear I can cook almost anything on that grill simply because of how hot it gets (but it doesn't have that deep-dish thing going for it). If the 360 only got hot enough I would be in contact grill heaven!!! Given the cost plus the heat limitations I found this grill to be a major disappointment. from Amazon.com I have the original Foreman grill and used it a lot.
