this is a good, heavy duty griddle. from Cooking.com this grill/griddle combo is a good size for the stove top, the non stick is great and it cleans up easily. from Amazon.com I am disappointed that I wrote in and asked the question concerning the disclaimer I only noticed after I made my purchase,. The silicon handles are a great addition, however they do get hot with the longer you have the griddle on the burners and it can make lifting this heavy griddle a risk for a burn. from Cooking.com We chose this item to use inside our gas bbq grill.
