Makes wonderful waffles. I wish they had included a better manual. The one that came with it does not explain how to use the various plates and has just a couple recipes to help you learn the process of cooking on the grill. It changed my busy life diet from eating microwaveable dinners, soup and eating out to a healthy diet including veggie burgers, fish, and kebabs. But, it was too old and tough to clean (it was easy at first, but as it aged if it was not cleaned immediately the stuff would stick to it so much that it started degrading the teflon until it was all bubbling up and a pain to use).
