i have not used this griddle yet but i'm extremely disappointed in the build quality. from Cooking.com light weight and easy to clean. from Cooking.com + great non-stick surface.+ great surface area.- left side cooks faster than right side. from Cooking.com clean up is a breeze since the entire griddle (minus controller) can be dunked into the sink. from Amazon.com the third of the griddle nearest the controller heats to the temperature of the controller, but the opposite two-thirds was about 100 degrees hotter. from Amazon.com + Great non-stick surface.+ Great surface area.- Left side cooks faster than right side. from Cooking.com Good product - love it. from Cooking.com Great for an even heating surface.
