I researched online for weeks before buying an indoor grill. I thought about going with a more expensive model, like DeLonghii, but bought the Sanyo. I really, really wanted to love this, but there were two big problems: (1) it didn't seem to get hot enough to really grill the food, and, more important (2) the coating on the drip pan started peeling off within 5 uses. from Amazon.com I recently bought the Sanyo electric indoor grill for my girlfriend's birthday and I have to say that we are both very impressed.
