it seems to run a little warmer than the temperature setting, but that just a matter of getting a feel for your product. from Target.com it makes cooking breakfast super fast and easy. from Target.com it was super easy to assemble, and it's fairly compact for storage. from Target.com i gave it 4 instead of 5 because the surface tends to cook faster over the element rather than evenly distributing the heat as well as a top dollar griddle might. from Target.com plus clean up is a breeze. from Target.com temperature control is awesome, space and quality.is fantastic. from Target.com it's big, it's sturdy, it's got a solid and large heating element, and it's easy to clean. from Amazon.com it is also lightweight for easy storage. from Amazon.com am very happy with the even cooking, storage, and quick cleanup. from Amazon.com It's big, it's sturdy, it's got a solid and large heating element, and it's easy to clean.
