However, as time progressed, I began to see the benefits of having an indoor grill (particularly when the group you're cooking for is small or you're just wanting that grilled steak for yourself). The GF GRP4P is in my opinion an excellent choice over its more expensive sibling (which has an integrated temperature and timer controls).
