i ordered the grill on 12/29/06 and it arrived on 1/2/07, real quick. from Amazon.com i do wish you could remove the grilling plates to put in the dishwasher, but no foreman grill does this, so i was not that disapponted. from Amazon.com clean up is also much improved and easier done when it is cold (no more reheating the unit up or eating cold food in attempt to avoid reheating the unit for cleaning). from Amazon.com - no removable plates - although clean-up has not been particularly hard, it sure would be a perk to have removable plates... from Amazon.com the temperature is thermostatically controlled, and it holds whatever temp you set very well. from Amazon.com i like the larger square shape and the hinge on the back that makes it easy to open and close.i just finished cooking filet mignon and they came out superb. from Amazon.com after 90 seconds, the temperature lowers to the set temperature and will remain on that temp until the cooking process is finished. from Amazon.com very easy to use and the manual explain how to cook all meats, fishes and vegetables. from Amazon.com it cooks nicely but the work it takes to clean it makes the item not worth using. from Amazon.com can only open 90 degrees which makes it a bit difficult to clean the top grill plate. from Amazon.com
