this product is idiot proof- follow instructions to freeze the bowl (it only took me about 4 hrs to freeze the bowl); and then add the ingredients.

i did some research on this product and found that the mega play and freeze ice cream maker is the best way to go if you have more than one person wanting the ice cream.
