I recently (two months ago) purchased an Aroma brand 4-qt electric ice cream maker - i have made about 6 batches of ice cream total. This last time i made ice cream the motor stopped after 10 minutes. from Amazon.com I had been thinking of buying a White Mountain Ice Cream maker but was a little concerned with some of the reviews I found on Amazon. Turns out I ended up receiving the Aroma Wood Barrel manual/electric Ice Cream Maker as a Christmas present and now I am very glad I didn't purchase the White Mountain.
