this humidifier is rated for up to 2500 sqft., but i wouldn't recommend using a single unit for that large of space.

for some reason during the install the humidifier would not fit into the space allotted so we had to cancel that part of the install.

this unit is meant for a much larger space (our bedroom is about 12x12) and it can pump out a lot of moisture quickly and quietly.
