over the past few years i have used a humidifier in my bedroom at night.
i don't have a whole house humidifier so i have enjoyed using this in my bedroom during the winter months.
it is very quiet on the low and medium settings and just loud enough on high to provide some white noise to help me sleep.
i use to wake in the night with the 'ol death valley mouth, but now with this purchase my apartment has moisture in the air and i sleep much better.
