I bought this humidifer about three years ago at Walgreens, which carries the identical Sunbeam unit labeled with their store brand. This humidifier is very inexpensive, requires no filter, and I've had great results with it. from Amazon.com This isnt worth the time to Write about , Sunbeam was known Back in the day for making great products ,What Happened ? This isnt the Same Company Your Grandma Knew !Spend the Money and Get one that Works ! from Amazon.com This product produces a warm mist from a gallon and a half of water in the course of 24 hours. Used to humidify a small home, it requires adding more water at least twice. from Amazon.com Do not buy faulty item it is a disaster to deal with no only did not preform with in specified standards it created a fire hazard and damage carpeting it could have possibly created a shock hazard. The hazard would have been to the wet flooring and electrical connection. Sunbeam does not have a live person answering the telephone but a recording to do the internet only for customer service. Why don't give me a call at home or respond my e-mail if not heard from with in a week I will pursue the problem the faulty vaporizer in the court for damages for my home. from Amazon.com it's quiet and heats up quickly. from Amazon.com we bought this for the baby's room and it almost started an electrical fire. from Amazon.com we bought this for our newborn baby and it's terrible. from Amazon.com the container needs to be bigger. from Amazon.com The vaporizer works fine, however, the description states that it will last for 12 hours but it does not.
