The inside assembly that holds the controls and electrical connectors fell apart. I had to re-glue them in place. I must say that it worked wonderfully for the 2.5 weeks that it actually did work. It raised the humidity level in my apt considerably and it did wonders for my skin. Unfortunately, after just 2.5 weeks, the product just stopped no working. No reason at all. It's plugged in and it just has no power and it won't turn on! I'm going to have to return it. Another downside: the water tank is designed poorly and you have to tilt it at a weird angle to fill up and screw on the hatch.
