Best Home Theater Systems for 7.1

this is not my first surround system, but it is my first onkyo and 7.1.

this is really a great 7.1 home theater.

7.1 speakers was a bit much so im just running it at 5.1.

the system outputs to all 7.1 channels with amazing clarity and the subwoofer can be house shaking at its higher settings.

the only thing i need now is the last two speakers to make it a 7.1 channel system.

the speakers it comes with are pretty big for a home theater in a box, including a powered subwoofer as tall as a chair seat, and you can get 2 more speakers for it, making it 7.1.

it would have been nice if it came with the 2 other speakers to make it a 7.1 surround.

also note this system is 5.1 and can be upgraded to 7.1 which even makes things better.

granted, you won't get the quality of a 7.1 system, but considering the price and simplicity of set-up it is a fair trade-off.

looked into bying a 6 or 7.1 but came across this sound bar.

if you want to get rid of clutter from a 5.1 or 7.1 system, or you're looking for a bedroom setup, this is your solution.

it's 7.1 but there are very few sources that come native with 7.1 audio, ps3 being an exception.

never got to use the onkyo ht-s9100thx 7.1 speaker package due to damage to the box.

everything sounds awesome, and true 7.1 movies (with hd master audio) become a concert experience.

as a previous owner of a yamaha 700 watt receiver with 7.1 bose speakers, i think this system is superior in many ways.

you don't really need 7.1 surround sound for watching the news.
