This is pretty similar to the Boss, but a third of the price. It is easy to make multi-regional. I just googled "region hack hts-6600" and found an easy code to type in on the remote. I did that and now can enjoy DVD's from any region in the world. from Amazon.com For small spaces, this 2.1 works great. But I did not want the wires going around my house and so a 2.1 system worked fine for me. Easy to set up with color coded cables and special connectors. Radio receives all local FM stations, but lacks desired HD Radio tuner as do most current systems unless you purchase high end pricey receivers. (Note: To use an external antenna instead of the included wire antenna you need a push on cable connector, like the cheap cables included with a vcr. from Amazon.com The only caveat (and the reason for 4, not 5 stars) on this system is that the sub woofer is MUCH larger than it appears in the pictures. If you are looking for a really small system you may want to look further, however, the larger speakers allow for larger, more room filling sound. from Amazon.com
