My only gripe is that when I received it and installed it, after two weeks of enjoyment it stopped working; concerned, I troubleshoot and went online to see if other people had experienced the same problems I had (the system stopped sending HDMI image and sound to the TV, from HDMI input signals), and it resulted no solution existed rather than send it back to the original seller or to Onkyo themselves; I had to go through the (awesomely simple) amazon returns process, and after receiving the replacement, and setting it up, everything worked perfectly and I'm the happy owner of this great system. from Amazon.com Well this is my second surround system.
