i intend to use it until hddvd/bluray makes its way into this product line.
i've had so far with any dvd player or sound system.i have played all types of cds and dvds without any problems, including backup copies of movies i've purchased.the upconverting picture is great!
also it can make you tv sound like a movie theater, i guess that is why the call it a home theater system.
perhaps the sound quality will make up for other shortcomings.
the wieres i bought for this room were 16awg this system comes with 22awg and no way to upgrade them so i now use it in my bedroom because my guest will be watching movies in my master bedroom.
this is a sleek looking system and paired with my panasonic plasma tv gives a neat compact look to the home theater.
i have the dvd unit connected via hdmi to my plasma tv and now enjoy staying home to watch movies even on standard dvd.i also have my ipod connected to the unit and appreciate the fact that you can
i hook it up to a 40' hp plasma w/ hdtv service...you should hear how this bad boy rocks the building..quick tip: position the speakers as shown in user manual for best performance...
i have it hooked up to a 42' lcd and my ps3 and everything sounds awesome.
is very good at low volumes .the 5 disc dvd player is great to because if you have dvd set like csi miami you only load one time and kick back.this system works will with my 46in lcd toshiba1080p.
