Hook up is easy. But if you want to have the rear speakers wireless get the sc-pt770 system. The wireless kit comes with that system NOT with the 670. from Amazon.com I ordered this Panasonic home theater system on a Thursday and received it the following Monday. Let me tell you, when the UPS guy delivered this, it was hooked up in under 30 min. from Amazon.com The link is false advertising. If you want those speakers to be wireless, you have to find the kit to make it wireless. I believe you have to pay another 130 dollars directly to Panasonic because that kit is very hard to find. Do not buy this model if you want wireless. from Amazon.com Bought this system as a first home theater system. It was extremely easy to set up and the remote control is not complicated at all to use, unlike some more expensive systems. from Amazon.com quiet cooling fan on the back, wireless ready, open-ended wires for easy splicing/extending, intuitive remote and "menus", as well as the security of buying from newegg if things don't work Cons: could have a heavier driver on the subwoofer to give that extra low-end thump but still sounds outstanding nonetheless, especially for its compact size Other Thoughts: as a manufacturing engineer, I can say that Panasonic definitely knows how to pack their products, UPS couldn't break this even if they threw it off a building, everything was in perfect condition out of the box. It even came a day sooner than expected which was good since a signature was required and I happened to be home that day from Newegg.com
