i am trying to buy a very nice sony projector to go with these amazing speakers.
sony bravia dav-hdx267w is a very good system with beautiful sound and nice picture.
i found this sony system and was wireless to rear speakers which is what i wanted.
the sony theater system is phenomenal!
why oh why didn't sony give you a remote that would let you connect other brands of tv to the system.

the system does go well with a sony bravia hdtv.
this is a very easy system to set up and works well with my sony tv.
you can turn what sony calls dynamic bass on or off which increases or decreases the bass.

also, there's no on screen display for the ipod dock so i have to walk to within reading distance of my nano's screen at which point i might as well use the scroll wheel instead of the sony's

i have been a sony fan for a long time...from their walkman to playstation, i have owned it all.
the sony has a passive sub-woofer and based on my listening experience it sounds like it can hold its own against systems that employ an active sub-woofer.
sony is always a safe brand to choose no matter what product it is.
i had a 6 year old sony dream system and this system blows it away.
it's a very good sound system especially if you have a sony bravia tv.
of course one pays a little more to have the sony sticker put on the front of it.
manuals did not help nor did sony's web site (they did try) basically, audio out from the cable box to audio in on the sony, or using the optical it is optical to optical with tv speakers on or off
also, sony support is really poor.
i've found it in the sony ht-is100 system.
after much hesitation i finally bought this system, plugged it to my ps3, my sony bravia tv and now having an amazing 5.1 sound for such small speakers.
i looked at the bose system first which has a great sound but this sony system is just as good if not better at more than half the price.
so this sony was a good candidate, especially with small speakers, and lengthy cables for the surround speakers (12m of cables, so it was more than enough for me).
i purchased this system to compliment my sony blu-ray dvd player, and it fits perfectly when stacked.
