i use the sony ssmf750h for my mains, an rca center channel speaker,a klh 100 watt sub with a 500 watt 5.1 system.

for comparison, the str-av210 puts out 45 x 2 watts, while the str-k700 puts out 85 x 2 watts at 0.7% thd (when in 2.1 sound output; the 5.1 configuration obviously puts out less power per speaker).
