Best Home Theater Speakers for Rumble

the stock 8" down firing yamaha sub just didnt have enough bottom end rumble for our large living room so i had upgraded to the sony sub.

this sub gets the power to rumble you out of your seat, but also the ability to scale back to mix better.

not as tight, not as solid, but enough oomph and rumble.

once you take the time to get everything right, this sub will hit hard, tight, and even rumble the walls.

i put phase switch to normal (reverse seems to be same)the reciever has the bass tone level set to max +10db and double bass feature turned on but woofer does not seem to rumble like i expected.

nice rumble!

unless you're looking for mushy rumble, i recommend against this sub.

the speaker does not play that loud but it does have a nice rumble to it once you adjust it to your liking.

i watched the movie 300 and the part where the elephant comes marching in sounds as if you were there, my whole house rumbles!

if you want earth shattering bass that rumbles you to the bone...
