One call and the damaged speaker was picked up and the replacement exceeded my expectations. If you look up customer service in the dictionary, the definition should read CRUTCHFIELD! Oh yeah, these polks rock, excellent bass, detailed midrange, and clear smooth highs. Could not be more pleased with my purchase. from Crutchfield.com Mids and highs are crystal clear even at extreme volume levels. Bass response is great at all but the highest of volume levels. I have'em Bi-amped with an Onkyo 805 which puts out 260 watts to each speaker.
