the yst-225 is a nice sounding sub i have had my sub for like 7 years and it sounds like it did when i bought it. it may not seam like it will hit realy low but it hits some frequencys that you cant eaven hear only feal it is a kick in the pants cuz people think that it wont hit hard and then it dose. from Crutchfield.com Vann's was supposed to send me a sw215 instead of this 225 which is apparently worth 150.00 more. But hey.. from Vanns.com Installed this system to 5 rooms and my customer was so impressed he wanted more installed. IT still massages my back. It gives the deepest and most solid bass of any 8'' subwoofer I've ever heard.
