i love the locking feature that stops the chair from sliding around.

the one thing that bugs me is the locking wheels, they always flip into the locked position, no matter what one or more of them is locked when i try to move it.

like many of the other people who wrote reviews we also have problems with the wheels locking up when they shouldn't, but that's not a huge issue for us.
