over all it seems like a pretty good chair, but unless you really love how it looks, and want a chair that can grow with your child, you could buy 2 other chairs with good features for about the same

this is our fourth child and fourth high chair, so far this is the best one we have owned.

as others have noted, the restraints have horribly strong large clips, and you can easily pinch yourself (or your child) while you're trying to buckle them in.
